If you need to cancel your Spiffy account subscription, just send an email to us at support@spiffy.co
Since Spiffy handles taking orders for things like payment plans and recurring subscriptions, our team will be able to quickly audit your account, prior to deactivation, and let you know about any customers that you may have on an active pay plan or subscription, so that you can address their billing outside of Spiffy.
If a Spiffy account is canceled/deactivated with Active Payment Plans and Subscriptions, the following behavior is to be expected:
- Stripe Subscriptions would continue to charge in your Stripe account
- Stripe Payment Plans would no longer charge.
- PayPal Payment Plans and Subscriptions would no longer charge.
