Sales data isn't showing up in my CRM

You've got your CRM / Marketing automation tool connected to your Spiffy account, and you just processed your first sale, but the sales data isn't showing up in your CRM for some reason. 

Here are a few things to know and check:

For Infusionsoft & Keap, you must have the "Sales Sync" toggle turned on for sales data to be passed to the contact record in those tools.

For ActiveCampaign, sales data automatically gets sent, there is no sales sync toggle, it's already activated.

If all of that is turned on, everything should be running smoothly.

One other thing to note:
Subscriptions and Payment Plans can take up to 3-5 minutes for the sales data to populate on the order record and within your CRM.
If you're seeing the Offer Bump transaction and/or and One-Click Upsell transaction, but no original offer sales data - chances are good that they chose the payment plan option and sales data will populate within a few minutes.

If after 10-15 minutes there still is no sales data, please reach out to us and we will look into it further.
