What does the SCA verification look like to my customer?

Spiffy is fully supporting the new Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) regulations.

In this article, we will display how your customers will see the SCA verification at their end.

When customer will fill out all necessary details into the checkout and click the button to complete the purchase process, they will see a pop-up message for additional verification.

Note: Above screenshot is taken in Test Mode.

It depends on their bank requirement whether they need to complete verification on the first transaction when the card is saved or every time the card is charged etc. You can read more details about SCA here .

If the customer completes the verification successfully, the purchase will be completed and the customer will be redirected to the Thank You page.

If the order fails the verification, a message will be displayed on the checkout, and the order will not be submitted.
