How to Add a Company Field to Your Checkout

Adding a field on your checkout to collect your customer's 'Company Name' is a quick and easy process in the Spiffy Checkout Editor. Input fields just need to be created inside a card, like the card that has the standard 'Contact Information' or 'Billing Information'. 

Getting Started:

Just hover over the bottom of the card, and click ' Add Block', select 'Inputs' and then choose 'Text Input'. This will place your field in the card and open the field Input configuration bar to the left of the editor.

From the configuration bar, you will need to select a field. Spiffy provides a standard 'Company Name' field that can be used here.

Next, you will have the option to modify the Field Label, and the Field Placeholder (what is displayed when the customer clicks into the field). You can also set the field to required by turning on the toggle.

( Optional) The Spiffy Checkout Editor also provides formatting options for the width of the field under the 'Block Width' settings. Note that these changes won't take effect until you click 'Save' at the top of the configuration bar.

Once you have configured these options, just hit ' Save' at the top of the configuration block, and when you are ready, just 'Publish' your checkout, and your checkout will include a 'Company' field.
