Order Management Overview

Here we will show you how to access your order records and then filter, edit, or find information on an order or customer.

How to View Your Order Records

To start, you can find your order records by selecting the Sales dropdown, and then Orders. From there, you will see all of your recent orders, where you can select a particular order as well as filter and export your orders. 

Another option is to use the search bar by searching for a specific email address, and find and select the order that way. 

You can filter your orders by:

  • Email
  • Created
  • Total
  • Status 
  • Promo Code
  • Gateway

You can export your data once you have searched with the criteria you are looking for. 

How to Update/Edit Your Orders

Once you have located and selected into the order you wish to update, you can change details relating to that order.

You can update their credit card by taking the information over the phone and inputting it into the Credit Card field.

For subscriptions, you can skip or pause their subscription under Next Payment. You can also select Change Subscription: where you can change subscriptions within the same product, or change to a completely different product.

In Payments at the bottom of the order page, you can offer a refund or a partial refund.

Under the Settings tab, you can cancel the subscription completely - either at the end of cycle or immediately.

For payment plans, you can change the next payment date.
