To track cart abandonment, you will need to set up a multi-step checkout process with a third party webform or landing page that collects initial information and then redirects to your Spiffy checkout.

After collecting the initial information with your third party form, you should be able to set up some delayed automation that can send emails to your customers who do not follow through with a purchase.

Make sure that you set up your purchase automation in your connected system in a way that the purchase will remove your customer from any cart abandonment email sequences.
